My tooth is hurting so badly that i was sick and light headed.

The reason for this is that over the years I've failed to take good care of my teeth, over time i had caviities..bad ones that cause so much pain that i screamed and got sick, I had a root canal on the worst cavity ever as well as the biggest filling, more years passed and i continued not to brush, had a crown later, 2 more years i have a hole in my front tooth, that was soooo painfull i screamed, and right now i want to cry, only pain killers had help.

I go to the dentist only to find out that everything has been updated, so its like starting over and what sucks they don't do evenings or weekends anymore so i have to leave work early and loose pay, what i found out a bit after that i basicly destoryed all my teeth and about to loose them, there few options and were going to research them and dentures are the last resort, i like this dentist believing there has to be another way of solving this.

this is some bit of advice KEEP BRUSHING yOUR TEETH!!!! OR yOUR TO BE IN EXTREME AMOUNTS OF PAIN!!!
